Overview

The report presents Chalhoub Group's 2018 sustainability performance through its People, Partners, Planet and Impact pillars. It reports more than 12,000 employees, 61,061 training hours, and 2,000 employees participating in wellbeing programmes. Environmental highlights include an 8.7% reduction in energy consumption and a 15.2% cut in CO2 emissions, while community initiatives reached 22,752 people and involved 3,793 employee volunteers. The report also highlights particular contributions to SDGs 4 and 12.
