Corporate Sustainability Report

Overview

The report is Chambal's first Corporate Sustainability Report for 2009-10 and reviews performance across economic, environmental and social parameters. It covers the company's two Gadepan urea plants, with environmental and social data pertaining to Agri Business, and describes initiatives on energy, water, waste, safety and community development. The report was prepared under GRI G3 at B Application level and received limited independent assurance from Ernst & Young under ISAE 3000.
