Overview

The report presents Changshin's 2022 sustainability performance across its headquarters and four overseas business sites, including 77,745 employees and sales revenue of 2.2226 trillion KRW. Key highlights include a 42% GHG reduction goal against FY20 by 2030, a carbon-neutrality ambition for 2050, and expanded renewable-energy and waste-reduction initiatives. Changshin also reports ESG oversight through an ESG Committee under the Board and a double materiality assessment. The sustainability disclosures were independently assured by Korea Value Convergence Association.
