Corporate Responsibility Report

Overview

The report reviews Chevron's 2009 corporate responsibility performance across climate, environment, communities, workforce, human rights and governance. It reports 57.4 million metric tons of net GHG emissions and approximately 916 trillion Btu of energy consumption for operated assets. At year-end, worldwide staffing was 59,963 and the workforce fatality total was 9. The report also includes limited LRQA assurance of HES reporting processes.
