Overview

The report highlights 2018 environmental, social and governance performance across Chevron's operations. It reports 59 million metric tons of CO2-equivalent of equity-basis Scope 1 emissions, 4 million metric tons for equity-basis Scope 2, and 70 million cubic meters of fresh water consumed. It also reports zero work-related fatalities, 36 percent women on the board, climate-intensity targets through 2023, and community and SDG initiatives, with reporting processes independently assured by LRQA to a reasonable level.
