The report describes Chevron's 2020 sustainability priorities across climate, people, governance and operational performance. It highlights 2028 upstream carbon-intensity reduction targets, including a 40% oil-intensity reduction from 2016 and a 26% gas-intensity reduction. The company reports 42,628 regular employees and 40% women on the Board in its 2020 ESG highlights. The report also includes independent assurance by Lloyd's Register over processes used to prepare the CSR.
