Annual and Sustainability Report

The report presents Chiesi Group's 2021 consolidated sustainability performance across climate, people, community and value-chain initiatives. It reports 847,575 tonnes CO2e of gross emissions, including 802,048 tonnes from Scope 3, and carbon-neutral targets for Scope 1-2 by 2030 and Scope 3 by 2035. The workforce comprised 6,146 employees, with women representing 54% of employees; the Group also reports B Corp certification and a B rating from CDP. The report was prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards but was not externally assured.
