Overview

The report describes the Group's environmental-management programme, including cleaner-production audits approved on 5 December 2018 and measures to reduce pollution, energy use and waste. It reports 538,718 tonnes of total CO2 emissions, 85,998 tonnes of hazardous waste and 4,541,550 tonnes of non-hazardous waste, together with 693,948.5 MWh of electricity consumption and 8,850,929 tonnes of new water. Its social disclosures cover occupational safety systems, employment practices, supplier controls, anti-corruption activities and community investment.
