Environmental, Social and Governance Report

The report covers the Group's forestry operations in Sichuan and office operations in Shenzhen and Hong Kong for 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024. It reports 33 employees, 67,511 tCO2e total GHG emissions, 111,100 kWh total energy consumption and 697 m3 water consumption. The Group set a 2% reduction target for total GHG emissions intensity by 2025 versus 2024 and disclosed 63.24 tonnes of non-hazardous waste. The Board retains overall ESG responsibility and the report includes a materiality assessment.
