Overview

The report is the Group's first ESG report and covers the major wind-power gear and industrial-transmission manufacturing segment rather than all business segments. It reports 5,910 segment employees, while the Group total is 8,186, and records 77,259 training hours with around 13 hours per staff. Quantitative greenhouse gas, energy, water and waste KPIs are identified as not covered for the year, while the report describes environmental controls, employee welfare, safety systems and community activities.
