Overview

The report presents the company's 2017 sustainability strategy and performance across nutrition and health, employee development, responsible supply chains, environmental management and targeted poverty alleviation. It reports revenue of RMB 60.16 billion and total CO2 emissions of 1.21 million tons. Environmental initiatives included solar electricity generation, water recycling and the conversion of coal-fired boilers to natural gas or biomass. The company's nutrition-inclusion program provided 6 million packs of milk to 209 schools and benefited more than 40,000 impoverished students.
