ESG Report

Overview

The report describes CNBM's 2025 group-wide ESG performance across climate, resource use, people and governance. It reports 158,596,286 tonnes of Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions and 66,711,161 tonnes of Scope 3 emissions across eight categories. The Group also reports 129,594 employees, expanded renewable-energy and circular-economy initiatives, and extensive safety and environmental programs. Selected ESG metrics were subject to Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP's independent limited assurance engagement.
