Environmental, Social and Governance Report

The report describes COLI's 2025 upgrade of ESG management into a top-level corporate strategy through the "Four Excellences for HOME" framework. It presents a double materiality assessment, climate-risk analysis, and quantified emissions disclosures, including 147,959 tCO2e of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions and 237,671 tCO2e of Scope 3 emissions. Social highlights include 3,130 employees with 100% training coverage, while community initiatives included 14.37 million square metres of cumulative affordable housing and more than RMB 24 million in 2025 donations.
