Overview

The report describes CREC's 2019 group-wide economic, environmental and social performance, including total revenues of RMB850.88 billion. It reports 1,336.22 ten-thousand tonnes of total CO2 emissions, 98.9% non-hazardous waste recycling and 100% hazardous waste disposal. The company also reports no major or above production safety accidents and more than RMB123.66 million invested in poverty alleviation, helping nearly 3,932 people out of poverty. ISO14001 environmental management certification and extensive ESG governance, environment and society disclosures are also highlighted.
