Annual Report

The report records 2020 Group revenue of HK$62,458,009 thousand and a year-end workforce of 13,615 employees. It highlights the upgrade of the dedicated sustainability committee to Board level and describes environmental management systems certified to ISO14001:2015 and energy management systems certified to ISO50001:2018. The Group reports no non-compliance or Areas for Improvement in the 2020 external audits of those systems. Its volunteer branch conducted more than 30 activities, involving 2,159 participants and 11,002 volunteering hours.
