Sustainability Report

The report describes the company's 2020 response to COVID-19 through modular integrated construction, including rapid delivery of epidemic prevention facilities in Hong Kong. It also discloses consolidated Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions, total energy consumption and renewable energy use, while describing the first external GHG verification. Sustainability governance was strengthened with the Board holding ultimate responsibility and a Board-level Sustainability Committee supporting oversight, alongside a stakeholder-led materiality assessment.
