Corporate Social Responsibility Report

The report presents China Telecom's 2015 responsibility work across network access, customer service, employee welfare, environmental management, supply-chain practices and community support. It highlights 510,000 4G base stations and completed employee facilities for 1,900 frontline units. It also reports a 7.1% reduction in energy consumption for targeted professional units and continued poverty-alleviation and community programmes.
