ESG Report

The report covers China Water's 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2018 reporting period. It highlights 1.067 billion m3 of purified raw water and tap water supplied, alongside 244 million m3 of sewage processed. The report discloses consolidated Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions of 1,472 tonnes and 270,429 tonnes, respectively, and total energy consumption equivalent to 1,240,184 GJ. It also reports a year-end workforce of 7,662 employees and describes environmental, employee, community and water-infrastructure initiatives.
