The report highlights 2023 consolidated revenue of $195,265 million and continued growth across The Cigna Group's health platforms. The Cigna Group Foundation awarded approximately $15.6 million in grants to more than 120 nonprofit organizations, and employees volunteered more than 69,000 hours. The company estimates that MDLIVE virtual-care use avoided approximately 9,100 metric tons of GHG emissions in 2023.
