Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report

The report presents the Group's 2024 ESG performance across climate, workforce and governance, including 80,764.70 tonnes of Scope 1 emissions, 34,888.29 tonnes of Scope 2 emissions, 180 employees and zero work-related fatalities. It describes a Board-led ESG governance structure, a materiality assessment identifying 19 core issues, and climate-risk disclosures following ISSB IFRS S2 and referencing TCFD. The report also highlights resource and waste initiatives, including the KBM water treatment project and extensive oilfield environmental management.
