Overview

The report describes CITIZEN's sustainable management model around Sustainable Factories and Sustainable Products across its value chain. It reports that a Sustainability Committee was established in April 2020 to promote sustainable management across the Group. Its FY2020 materiality process identified five priority issues and established a roadmap to 2030 with targets, strategies and KPIs. The report also applies TCFD recommendations through climate scenario analysis.
