Overview

The report presents the City and County of Honolulu's 2025 sustainability and resilience performance across city operations and O'ahu community initiatives. It highlights activation of the Climate Resiliency Fund, including an inaugural allocation of more than $8 million, and reports 64.7% renewable energy generation on O'ahu in 2025. Transportation safety remains a challenge, with 82 traffic-related deaths recorded in 2025, while the City advanced Vision Zero, waste reduction, climate adaptation, and food-access initiatives.
