Sustainability & Resiliency Annual Report

The report highlights the Phoenix Aviation Department's 2025 sustainability progress across its airports. Emissions fell to 49,556 tons CO2e, 52% below the 2010 baseline, advancing the department toward its 2040 net-zero carbon goal. Solar panels produced 338,000 kilowatt-hours of renewable energy, while food scraps and landscaping waste diversion kept 2,302 tons out of landfills.
