The report describes Citycon's 2022 sustainability performance across its Nordic and Baltic urban centres, highlighting lower energy consumption and operating emissions. It reports 2022 Scope 1 emissions of 1,075 tCO2e, Scope 3 emissions of 209,471 tCO2e, and a verified 42% Scope 1 and 2 reduction target by 2030. Total energy consumption was 263,311 MWh, waste generated was 15,155 tonnes, and water consumption was 601,064 m3. Citycon also held 707 community engagement events and obtained limited assurance over numerical environmental indicators.
