Sustainability Report

The report presents CJ CheilJedang's 2017 sustainability management across its Food and Bio businesses, with material issues organized around healthy food, bio R&D, environmental protection, shared-value supply chains, and social development. It reports 2017 environmental and social data, including 363,943 tons of GHG emissions across business sites including headquarters, energy and water metrics, employee information, and workplace safety results. The report also describes CSV initiatives such as Happy Companion and support for SME suppliers and farms. Sustainability performance and management processes were independently assured by DNV GL using AA1000AS(2008) and a moderate level of assurance.
