Annual Report

The report describes a major strengthening of sustainability governance in 2020, with the Sustainability Committee elevated to Board level. It highlights extensive COVID-19 support for employees, customers and communities, including health and safety measures, financial relief and community assistance. Climate action included continued procurement of 100% renewable electricity contracts in key European markets and infrastructure investments in wind, solar, waste-based power and alternative fuels. CK Hutchison Group Telecom also responded to CDP and began work related to a future science-based target and TCFD review.
