Sustainability Report

The report describes Clicks Group's resilience during the Covid-19 pandemic and its support for South Africa's vaccination rollout, administering 596 180 vaccinations by year-end across 300 stores. It reports 15 871 permanent employees, R217 million in skills-development expenditure and 64% female employee representation. Environmental disclosures include 146 873 metric tonnes of carbon emissions, an A CDP rating and a 10% carbon-emissions-intensity reduction target by 2030.
