Overview

The report presents Clicks Group's 2023 sustainability performance and describes a double materiality approach, TCFD gap-analysis work and a carbon-neutrality commitment by 2050. Group emissions totaled 150 436 (CO 2 e) metric tonnes, comprising 5 911 Scope 1, 108 058 Scope 2 and 35 791 Scope 3. Renewable generation reached 3 636 240 kWh, while 77% of total waste was recycled. The workforce numbered 18 447 employees, with women representing 40% of board members and 63% of employees.
