Can we train machine-learning models?

Generally yes, as long as the models don’t reproduce the source documents. Tell us about your product and setup when we agree the licence.

Can we show report excerpts in our product?

Yes, up to 200 words per report under the standard terms, with a link to the original public source. Run your exact implementation past us first.

Can we resell the reports or metadata?

No. The standard licence doesn’t allow reselling or redistributing the raw reports or metadata as a dataset. Products you build on top of them are fine, within the agreed terms.

How does the API fit into our pipeline?

It resolves your company identifiers, returns metadata as JSON and gives you download links. For incremental syncs, use updated_since with cursor pagination. API access comes with an Enterprise Licence; see the technical details.

Can you help fill coverage gaps?

Yes, with Coverage Assurance: we search beyond our database for the reports you’re missing. To be upfront, you pay for the search work even when a report turns out not to exist, and we can’t guarantee we’ll find everything.
