Do you provide ESG ratings?

No. We supply the reports and the data companies disclosed in them, with the evidence. We don’t do ESG ratings, financial data or ownership data.

Can we build our own scores and derived products?

Yes, for internal analysis and your own derived outputs. What the standard licence doesn’t allow is passing on the reports or metadata as a dataset. Tell us how you plan to use the data and we’ll put it in the agreement.

How fresh is the catalogue, and what SLA applies?

We add new reports every week. Uptime, support response times and any tighter freshness commitments are agreed in your contract.

Can you support vendor onboarding?

Yes. Send us your vendor forms and document requirements early, so there’s time for procurement review.
