Annual Report

The report describes CM.com's 2025 transformation into an AI-first company, led by the launch of HALO, its Agentic AI platform, and ISO 42001 certification for responsible AI. Sustainability reporting was prepared in accordance with ESRS and includes a double materiality assessment and EU Taxonomy disclosures. Energy consumption was 2,565 MWh, with 76% from renewable energy; Scope 1 emissions were 78 tCO2e and Scope 2 location-based emissions were 588 tCO2e. Year-end headcount was 646 employees, and women represented 33.3% of the Supervisory Board.
