Overview

The report presents Euronav's 2019 consolidated performance, including 3,754,859 tonnes of CO2e total organizational emissions. Scope 1 emissions were 3,129,065 tCO2e, Scope 2 430 tCO2e and Scope 3 624,824 tCO2e. The company established an ESG and Climate Committee to oversee ESG conduct and reporting. It also disclosed GHG data using GHG Protocol requirements and said its first CDP review was underway, while emissions targets were intended for publication over the following 12 months.
