The report presents CME Group's 2023 ESG activities across workforce empowerment, sustainable solutions, community commitment and corporate stewardship. The company reported 3,565 employees and continued programs for employee development, inclusion and well-being. Its GHG summary reported 91,479 MT CO2e on a market-based basis, alongside location-based emissions of 119,550 MT CO2e. The report also highlighted that women represented 26% of the overall Board and that 79% of occupied office space was in buildings with green credentials.
