Environmental, Social and Governance Report

The report describes CNOOC Limited's 2021 progress in green and low-carbon development, including more than 40 energy-saving transformation projects and a stated goal of carbon neutrality before 2060. It reports total greenhouse gas emissions of 10.305 million tons of carbon dioxide equivalent and carbon-reduction activities that reduced 409 thousand tons.
