Overview

The report covers the Group's ESG policies and performance from 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2018, reporting 5,025.29 tCO 2 equivalent of total GHG emissions and 53,681.27 ton of water consumption. It reports 250 staff at 31 March 2018 and highlights the Group's self-developed Coastal Healthy Residence standards and technology systems. The report also states that it was not aware of child labour, forced labour or other employee human-rights violations during the year, and found no material anti-corruption or anti-money-laundering non-compliance.
