The report says Cofinimmo's consolidated portfolio grew 12.1% in 2008, with offices complemented by nursing homes and the Pubstone portfolio to improve diversification. Occupancy stood at 97.85% at year-end. The company also reported ISO 14001:2004 accreditation for three buildings and 4,600 staff training hours, including courses on environmental topics and sustainable development.
