Annual Financial Report

The report describes Cofinimmo's 2011 diversification through the acquisition of a French MAAF property portfolio comprising 263 insurance agencies, 15 office buildings, and 3 mixed-use buildings. At year-end, the consolidated property portfolio had a fair value of €3,189.4 million. The report also notes that the environmental management system for two office buildings was recertified under ISO 14001:2004.
