Sustainable Development Report

The report describes a 2017 real-estate sustainability program focused on building life-cycle decisions, energy efficiency, and tenant engagement. It reports 4,967 training hours and 133 employees, and lists 56,515 tonnes CO2e of direct and indirect emissions in its KPI table. Cofinimmo also expanded its Flex Corners and opened a second Lounge; its resource tables report 731,312 m3/year of water consumption and 1,822 tonnes/year of collected waste.
