Sustainability Databook

The report presents Cognizant's FY2025 sustainability databook as a consolidated snapshot covering social, environmental and governance performance. It reports approximately 351,600 employees, more than 98% receiving performance reviews, and 259,000 associates in the Gen AI Learning Program. Environmental disclosures include a stated 48% reduction in total emissions versus the 2019 baseline and 49% of electricity from renewable sources. Governance data identifies three board committees with sustainability oversight and says the Governance and Sustainability Committee reviewed GHG emissions progress, net zero targets and sustainability reporting requirements.
