Annual Report

The report describes 2025 as a highly challenging year after Storm Eowyn damaged about 14,500 hectares of Coillte's estate, while Group turnover reached EUR392.1m and the Group recorded an operating loss of EUR33.5m. It highlights the increase in land managed primarily for nature and biodiversity to 134,000 hectares, or 30% of the estate. Sustainability disclosures include a Double Materiality Assessment covering five ESRS topics and Scope 1 and location-based Scope 2 emissions of 24,790 and 31,758 Metric Tons CO2e, respectively. Coillte also reports a Board-approved target to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 51% by 2030.
