Sustainability Report

Overview

The report presents Colruyt Group's first structured account of the social added value created by the group and organizes its sustainability disclosures around seven selected UN Sustainable Development Goals. It describes initiatives across health, energy, employment, responsible consumption, climate action, dialogue and partnerships, supported by KPI tables. Key figures include 29.388 employees at 31 March 2018, 30,6% of total consumption covered by Eoly's own green-energy production, and an 82,71% waste recycling rate. The report notes that its materiality analysis and much of its data initially focus on Belgium, where more than 90% of activities are concentrated.
