Corporate Social Responsibility Report

The report describes Columbus's 2020 CSR progress under the new Focus23 strategy, whose Sustain element centered on sustainable customer offerings and responsible business. It reports a commitment to five SDGs - 5, 8, 9, 12 and 13 - and highlights a 28% female share across Columbus and 25% women on the Board of Directors. It also presents the UN Global Compact Communication on Progress, an employee eNPS score of 33, and community initiatives.
