Community Impact Report

The report describes CHS's 2022 community impact through workforce support, community investment and environmental initiatives. It reports 66,000 employees and highlights new benefits and development programs for colleagues. Community contributions included $1.4 billion in charity care, while environmental efforts reduced energy consumption by 12 million kWh and water consumption by almost 70 million gallons.
