ESG Report

The report is Richemont's first standalone ESG Report and establishes a Group-wide ESG framework based on a FY23 double materiality assessment. It details environmental performance for calendar 2022, including 1 906 626 tonnes of total GHG emissions, Scope 1 and 2 targets for 2030, energy and waste performance, and water withdrawal. The social chapters cover a 35 819-person HR dataset, diversity, training, human rights and health and safety, including zero work-related fatalities. Sustainability governance is overseen by the Board's Governance and Sustainability Committee, and selected ESG disclosures are independently assured by PwC.
