Annual Report

The report describes a year of continued growth, with reported consolidated revenue of CHF 1,115.8m, alongside a formal double-materiality assessment covering sustainability impacts, risks and opportunities. It also presents an approved climate-mitigation transition plan with 2030 targets for a 40% reduction in Scope 1 emissions and a 25% reduction in Scope 2 emissions against the 2023 carbon footprint. Sustainability oversight is assigned to the Board of Directors, supported by the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
