Sustainability Report

The report presents GPA's 2017 sustainability performance across five commitments, including 100,288 employees, a 31.7% share of women in leadership, and more than 2.1 million training hours. It highlights environmental initiatives such as the Assaí Goiânia solar plant and a reported reduction in operational emissions from 785,572 to 710,160 ton CO2e. The report also describes supply-chain traceability and food-waste programs, and includes a limited independent assurance report by KPMG.
