Overview

The report describes Cemig's 2025 double-materiality process, including stakeholder consultations, 13 interviews, 350 questionnaires and a preliminary list of 103 risks, opportunities and impacts. It explains how material topics are prioritized, integrated with enterprise risk management and approved by the Board of Directors. The process was audited by Bureau Veritas. The report also highlights progress on the UN Global Compact Transparency 100% Movement, customer satisfaction and Cemig's renewable-energy activities.
