Sustainability Report

The report presents Nitro's 2024 performance across its chemical and agribusiness operations, including consolidated net revenue of R$2.15 billion and continued investment in growth and innovation. It reports a company-wide Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions inventory, alongside commitments to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 50% by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2040. The workforce reached 1,631 employees, while training, engagement, diversity and safety initiatives remained prominent people priorities. Environmental highlights include the elimination of hazardous waste sent to landfill and substantial recycling and reuse of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
