The report describes Compass Group's 2025 sustainability progress across climate, food waste, people and communities. It reports an 11% reduction in overall GHG intensity across Scope 1, 2 and 3, with 11,674,889t tCO2e of reported Scope 3 emissions and 2030 reduction goals. Food-waste tracking reached over 10,000 sites, while 3.1 million meals were donated to local communities.
