The report says Componenta reduced total energy consumption to 92 GWh in 2018 and reused approximately 86% of the 26,102 tonnes of waste generated. It reported no serious occupational accidents or fatalities, although the accident rate was 105 per million working hours. The company also said 93% of Group white-collar employees attended Code of Conduct training that included human-rights practices.
